Catalyst Control Center cannot be started (Windows 8.1) Inspiron 15R SE (Insprion 7250)

It worked in Windows 8, but it won't start anymore!

No yellow triangles in the Device Manager.

Computer: Inspiron 7250

Note: This laptop has Integrated graphics. It has Intel HD Graphics 4000 + AMD Radeon 7700M Series graphics cards.

May 24, 2014 Edit: If you can't reinstall AMD using the answer below, just try searching the web for the latest drivers.

and this: http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER01708967M/1/Video_Driver_KK6CK_WN_10.18.10.3277_A00.EXE

The first link is the download for the Radeon driver, and the second one is the Intel driver. They both need to be installed for everything to work properly.

i am also using inspiron 7520

after updating to 8.1 my amd catalyst control centre stopped wrkng

finally i got it resolved after installing "ccc2_install" in the folder path given below

C:\Program Files\AMD\CCC2\Install

    was there any optional update option available in the windows update folder? I had and post updating that the error was visible again.

    I have the same problem.I am using amd radeon 8210.I checked my device manager and clicked on device adapters and clicked on 8210 for update,there was none.so im thinking I need to uninstall and re-install.?

    I did the same thing but as soon as it installed, my background went black, my start toolbar vanished, can't seem to find the shutdown button. The windows button on my keyboard isn;t working. Please help!
