Catalyst Control Center cannot be started (Windows 8.1) Inspiron 15R SE (Insprion 7250)

It worked in Windows 8, but it won't start anymore!

No yellow triangles in the Device Manager.

Computer: Inspiron 7250

Note: This laptop has Integrated graphics. It has Intel HD Graphics 4000 + AMD Radeon 7700M Series graphics cards.

May 24, 2014 Edit: If you can't reinstall AMD using the answer below, just try searching the web for the latest drivers.

The first link is the download for the Radeon driver, and the second one is the Intel driver. They both need to be installed for everything to work properly.

i am also using inspiron 7520

after updating to 8.1 my amd catalyst control centre stopped wrkng

finally i got it resolved after installing "ccc2_install" in the folder path given below

C:\Program Files\AMD\CCC2\Install

    Hey i also got a Inspiron but its 5423.

    Is it normal while downloading the screen occasionally goes black then returns to normal?

    Side note on Windows Server 2012 R2, the Catalyst installer would either fail or would not start. I had to manually install the video card driver using Windows Device Manager by searching through the partial install folder, and after re-installing Catalyst Control Center, everything started up fine.

    After going through the above mentioned installation, there comes an optional update of AMD graphics adapter and unless you don't update it the present CCC will not run to its absolute potential, And if you update it the adapter then you lose the Catalyst control center which you just installed. What is the solution to this? I have the same specification as Mathew_L. Same Laptop, Any help!!!
