Catalyst Control Center cannot be started (Windows 8.1) Inspiron 15R SE (Insprion 7250)

It worked in Windows 8, but it won't start anymore!

No yellow triangles in the Device Manager.

Computer: Inspiron 7250

Note: This laptop has Integrated graphics. It has Intel HD Graphics 4000 + AMD Radeon 7700M Series graphics cards.

May 24, 2014 Edit: If you can't reinstall AMD using the answer below, just try searching the web for the latest drivers.

The first link is the download for the Radeon driver, and the second one is the Intel driver. They both need to be installed for everything to work properly.

i am also using inspiron 7520

after updating to 8.1 my amd catalyst control centre stopped wrkng

finally i got it resolved after installing "ccc2_install" in the folder path given below

C:\Program Files\AMD\CCC2\Install

    I'm using an inspiron 15r and i have the same problem....

    but reading reading your reply i tried to do....but couldnt find 'AMD' in the programfiles.Inside programfiles there is a folder called 'ATI' and i selected it.....inside it contains a folder named 'BIN' not  'CCC2'.  I'm Facing a great dilemma .please help me.

    i am using inspiron 15 3537 and am facing the same problem.this started wen i  upgraded to win8.1also in addition to this im having an error VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL ERROR wen i start my laptop.wen i force close and restart again then i get it going.also wen i put it on sleep mode i have to restart again for the laptop to work.

    i recommend that you try this solution firs

    control panel>uninstall or change program>AMD catalyst install manager>right click>repair

    it worked with me

    the program worked but no today. It´s used to apear a tv. whit a triangel and a yellod check in in

    El programa  trabajaba en win 8 pero ahora no.  Acostumbra aparecer un triangulo  en un pantalla y un cheque
