Catalyst Control Center cannot be started (Windows 8.1) Inspiron 15R SE (Insprion 7250)

It worked in Windows 8, but it won't start anymore!

No yellow triangles in the Device Manager.

Computer: Inspiron 7250

Note: This laptop has Integrated graphics. It has Intel HD Graphics 4000 + AMD Radeon 7700M Series graphics cards.

May 24, 2014 Edit: If you can't reinstall AMD using the answer below, just try searching the web for the latest drivers.

The first link is the download for the Radeon driver, and the second one is the Intel driver. They both need to be installed for everything to work properly.

i am also using inspiron 7520

after updating to 8.1 my amd catalyst control centre stopped wrkng

finally i got it resolved after installing "ccc2_install" in the folder path given below

C:\Program Files\AMD\CCC2\Install

    I can't find the ccc_2 install. I don't have the AMD folder in my program files, only a 'ATI' and a 'ATI Technologies' folder.

    Computer: Studio 1555 with a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500 series graphic card.

    I've already installed the newest driver multiple times, but it just doesn't work.

    What to do? It's driving me crazy.

    think i found the answer... 

    first i uninstalled the catalyst control manager using c cleaner.. then i download the lastest and installed it manually.. the switchable graphics is working now!!!

    hope it works for you too..

    I've managed to get CCC and switchable graphics working now but since that I've been presented with a whole new bunch of problems. To fix CCC and the drivers issue I went to HP's website and downloaded the specific package for my machine.

    I had to install it three times to get it all working (using Revo Uninstaller) but now I have issues running things. For instance, Champions Online will not recognise my HD7670m and only runs on the Intel HD4000 (which sucks). I added a line of code to the command line so I could start it in high performance mode but it will not find the Radeon card.

    Worse still is Warframe which runs but crashes regularly (like about every ten minutes). I've tried different levels of settings from basic to full but nothing cures it. Other games like Strike Suit Zero and L4D2 work without any issues so I'm of the opinion it's a DirectX issue but I have no idea how to get around it.

    Any suggestions would be welcome.
