Catalyst Control Center cannot be started (Windows 8.1) Inspiron 15R SE (Insprion 7250)

It worked in Windows 8, but it won't start anymore!

No yellow triangles in the Device Manager.

Computer: Inspiron 7250

Note: This laptop has Integrated graphics. It has Intel HD Graphics 4000 + AMD Radeon 7700M Series graphics cards.

May 24, 2014 Edit: If you can't reinstall AMD using the answer below, just try searching the web for the latest drivers.

and this: http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER01708967M/1/Video_Driver_KK6CK_WN_10.18.10.3277_A00.EXE

The first link is the download for the Radeon driver, and the second one is the Intel driver. They both need to be installed for everything to work properly.

i am also using inspiron 7520

after updating to 8.1 my amd catalyst control centre stopped wrkng

finally i got it resolved after installing "ccc2_install" in the folder path given below

C:\Program Files\AMD\CCC2\Install

    Hi, I do not have any such folder on my laptop (Dell Inspiron 15R with AMD Radeon HD7670M). I downloaded the driver and the bundle from the amd website, I am still unable to open Catalyst Control Centre. Please help. It is extremely frustrating. I am unable to install as it stops midway and says "Failed to load detection driver"

    I have been trying for over an hour and am unable to fix it.

    I have spent the last hour cursing Microsoft and this horrendous 8.1 update.

    Please help me before I throw my laptop at the wall and follow suit with my head.

    press "win key +q"

    search ccc

    you will find catalyst control centre

    right click and select openfilelocation

    you will be taken to that window where you will find catalyst control centre shortcut

    again rightclick and select open file location

    you will find ccc and ccc install in that folder

    try ccc install i think it works

    I have tried this but cannot find the .inf file that it is looking for st step 4.

    Can you give more details of how to go the driver to your machine?
