Catalyst Control Center cannot be started (Windows 8.1) Inspiron 15R SE (Insprion 7250)

It worked in Windows 8, but it won't start anymore!

No yellow triangles in the Device Manager.

Computer: Inspiron 7250

Note: This laptop has Integrated graphics. It has Intel HD Graphics 4000 + AMD Radeon 7700M Series graphics cards.

May 24, 2014 Edit: If you can't reinstall AMD using the answer below, just try searching the web for the latest drivers.

The first link is the download for the Radeon driver, and the second one is the Intel driver. They both need to be installed for everything to work properly.

i am also using inspiron 7520

after updating to 8.1 my amd catalyst control centre stopped wrkng

finally i got it resolved after installing "ccc2_install" in the folder path given below

C:\Program Files\AMD\CCC2\Install

    i have check the versions installed in device manager and the online versions. all are up to date!

    also yesterday.. i tried to install the AMD driver manually . i got a blank screen with a blinking pointer.. i got a help online to boot in safe mode and uninstall the inter graphics driver. it worked then when i restarted the drivers were automatically re installed.

    what should i do?
