Catalyst Control Center cannot be started (Windows 8.1) Inspiron 15R SE (Insprion 7250)

It worked in Windows 8, but it won't start anymore!

No yellow triangles in the Device Manager.

Computer: Inspiron 7250

Note: This laptop has Integrated graphics. It has Intel HD Graphics 4000 + AMD Radeon 7700M Series graphics cards.

May 24, 2014 Edit: If you can't reinstall AMD using the answer below, just try searching the web for the latest drivers.

The first link is the download for the Radeon driver, and the second one is the Intel driver. They both need to be installed for everything to work properly.

i am also using inspiron 7520

after updating to 8.1 my amd catalyst control centre stopped wrkng

finally i got it resolved after installing "ccc2_install" in the folder path given below

C:\Program Files\AMD\CCC2\Install

    I have a HP Envy M6 with Intel HD4000 and Radeon HD7670m. After Win 8.1 updates my catalyst control centre stopped working (tells me there is nothing currently switchable). I have tried the latest drivers from AMD, even the latest beta but nothing makes the configurable braphics settings work.

    The Intel HD properties also do not load so I'm thinking this is something to do with Win 8.1

    Please help, it's driving me mad.

    i am getting BSOD now when i put the laptop on sleep.. the error is 

    VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL ERROR

    i have run blue screen viewer and here is the image is this related to the graphics driver problem?

    i downloaded the driver form there the first time and when i install it i got a blank screen..

    in task manager i can see the CCC running. i however i still cannot access the 'configure the switchable graphics'

    is it working fine after updating ?

    if not try it downloading from ftp link http://ftp.dell.com/published/Pages/inspiron-15r-5537.html

    because the release date given in this is 22/10/2013 for the amd driver supported in win 8.1
