Catalyst Control Center cannot be started (Windows 8.1) Inspiron 15R SE (Insprion 7250)

It worked in Windows 8, but it won't start anymore!

No yellow triangles in the Device Manager.

Computer: Inspiron 7250

Note: This laptop has Integrated graphics. It has Intel HD Graphics 4000 + AMD Radeon 7700M Series graphics cards.

May 24, 2014 Edit: If you can't reinstall AMD using the answer below, just try searching the web for the latest drivers.

The first link is the download for the Radeon driver, and the second one is the Intel driver. They both need to be installed for everything to work properly.

i am also using inspiron 7520

after updating to 8.1 my amd catalyst control centre stopped wrkng

finally i got it resolved after installing "ccc2_install" in the folder path given below

C:\Program Files\AMD\CCC2\Install

    Manually replacing the Display Adapter driver in Device Manager did the trick for me. But you have to force the AMD driver over the signed Microsoft driver. If you just search for a better driver windows will tell you the current one is fine (which it is not!)

    1. Download AMD driver from http://support.amd.com/en-us/download and extract the files to your computer
    2. Go to Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Display adapter -> Properties - > Driver -> Update Driver
    3. Select Browse my computer -> Let me pick the driver -> Have disk
    4. Navigate to driver location in the folder where you put the AMD driver (see step 1) [The driver should be in Packeges - Drivers - Display]
    5. Click ok and let Windows change the driver

    Remember to not to update the driver when you are done. This will change the driver back to the origal and "better" Microsoft driver.
