0x00000019 0x0000000000000021 when using readyboost

I use readyboost on my pc because it improves the speed of some the games I play (Battlefield 4, in particular). I have been using a 16 Gb. USB Flash drive since 2010 without any problem. But I recently added a 32 Gb. XD (SD) card to use for readyboost. I can access the card fine, and chkdsk says there are no errors, but since I have started using the card, I keep getting random 0x19 BSOD stop errors. the parameter is 0x21. I do not know what to do next or why readyboost is causing this error. it goes away when I stop using the 32Gb card. the full error is:

I suspect readyboost is the cause of the issue, because the only difference in conditions between when it does and it does not happen is, is the use of the 32Gb card. I know that there is a 32Gb limit to the size of the memory card I can use. but using the max size should not be causing any issues

    I reinstalled Diskeeper 12 Professional and undid the changes made by msconfig. the post you made saying possible involvement of the O2 driver (o2sdgx64.sys) seems to have been the missing key I was looking for. I will put some stress on my system later today or tomorrow. Readyboost is also no longer being turned off at random on the drive letter I have assigned to the SD card.  it even looks like even the ReadyBoost Driver log has stopped logging eventid 27;

    Hopefully updating the O2 driver will resolve the issue.

    --UPDATE--

    I'm not sure why, but windows does not appear to have made any dumps from the last few BSOD's. the most recent dump I have is from the 9/26/14 and I know for a fact I have crashed multiple times since then.

    I just checked the Toshiba site for my model PC, and it looks like they had a newer driver package available, I had been using version 2.0.24.D and it looks like latest version on Toshiba page is 2.0.56. I will see if the problem goes away after I upgrade the O2 card reader drivers.

    Can you provide the dump files from the last crash since uninstalling Diskeeper?
