0x00000019 0x0000000000000021 when using readyboost

I use readyboost on my pc because it improves the speed of some the games I play (Battlefield 4, in particular). I have been using a 16 Gb. USB Flash drive since 2010 without any problem. But I recently added a 32 Gb. XD (SD) card to use for readyboost. I can access the card fine, and chkdsk says there are no errors, but since I have started using the card, I keep getting random 0x19 BSOD stop errors. the parameter is 0x21. I do not know what to do next or why readyboost is causing this error. it goes away when I stop using the 32Gb card. the full error is:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000019 (0x0000000000000021, 0xfffffa8010f19000, 0x0000000000001030, 0xb03c3740a81a7de7). A dump was saved in: C:\windows\Minidump\081814-32292-01.dmp. Report Id: 081814-32292-01.

I suspect readyboost is the cause of the issue, because the only difference in conditions between when it does and it does not happen is, is the use of the 32Gb card. I know that there is a 32Gb limit to the size of the memory card I can use. but using the max size should not be causing any issues

    I kept noticing that readyboost keeps turning itself off on the 32Gb device. so I went into computer management\event viewer\applications and services logs\Microsoft\windows\readyboostdriver\operational

    and there are a number of the following errors:

    A ReadyBoost cache was deleted due to repeated data corruption instances on the associated device that have been detected and handled. While ReadyBoost will always detect and handle these errors, repeated corruption instances may mean that the ReadyBoost device has worn out which reduces its performance. You should consider replacing the ReadyBoost device.

    Device name: O2Micro SD #5

    Cache path: \Device\HarddiskVolume6\ReadyBoost.sfcache

    this is a brand new SD card, and testing says there is no problems sector wise (chkdsk /r)

    I am wondering if this error and my 0x19 BSOD problem are related since the error only occurs when I'm using readyboost on the SD card.

    I setup up my system for as clean boot as possible. there were some issues however.

    even though I uninstalled MBAM using add/remove programs, it appears it did not uninstall correctly. wheter this is due to a software bug or something else, I do not know. I had to go into the registry and manually remove the MBAMCHAMELEON service entries from HKLM\system\currentcontrolset001\services and HKLM\system\currentcontrolset002\services.

    ESET smart security seems to ignore my trying to disable it through msconfig and re-enables it's service entries, and loads at startup.

    there is a device in the device manager that is tied to firmware that requires the software be enables for the system to work properly. attempting to use msconfig to disable it, results in multiple entries for the same software that is trying to be disabled (one enabled, one disabled). as a result, aside form eset smart security, the only programs and services that are loading at start up (other than the needed M$ services) are those by Toshiba and three by intel related to the SATA (which is needed because the monitoring system Toshiba setup requires the intel stuff to be enabled to work)
