0x00000019 0x0000000000000021 when using readyboost

I use readyboost on my pc because it improves the speed of some the games I play (Battlefield 4, in particular). I have been using a 16 Gb. USB Flash drive since 2010 without any problem. But I recently added a 32 Gb. XD (SD) card to use for readyboost. I can access the card fine, and chkdsk says there are no errors, but since I have started using the card, I keep getting random 0x19 BSOD stop errors. the parameter is 0x21. I do not know what to do next or why readyboost is causing this error. it goes away when I stop using the 32Gb card. the full error is:

I suspect readyboost is the cause of the issue, because the only difference in conditions between when it does and it does not happen is, is the use of the 32Gb card. I know that there is a 32Gb limit to the size of the memory card I can use. but using the max size should not be causing any issues

    no I am not overclocking. and my graphics drivers are the latest (final version available) for my video card. NVidia recently stopped making drivers for my video card, so no new versions are expected

    just for reference, my video card is a NVidia Geforce GT 330M with 1Gb GDDR3 discrete memory (dedicated video memory). my system does not have another video card (like integrated intel graphics). 

    current NVidia drivers are version 340.52

    does memtest86+ support 8gb of memory? I know that windows 7's built in memory tester has a memory limitation. I am not willing to go through the removal and swapping out of the memory cards in order to test the memory.

    TheSYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (7e) stop error may have been graphics related and the CACHE_MANAGERstop error may have been hardware related such as the physical RAM.

    Are you over-clocking in any way?

    You could try updating the graphics driver.

    Also, you could check the physical memory with a memory tester such as Memtest86+:

    I am still at clean boot, but last night I had two bsod's. both of them occurred while I happened to be away from my system, so I came back to be greeted by the error. One of them is a 0x7e and the other is a cache_manager 0x34 error. that one I have never seen before. the 0x34 bsod caused some minor drive corruption on both my hard drives which I have already fixed. I ran sfc afterwards just to be safe and no damage to the OS files was detected.

    roger that. I have already reinstalled Diskeeper 12 again and no bsod's yet. next I will try full boot. I am going to be unhappy if it was the eset software that was causing all the problems.
