May I know whether is there any way to enable us to install windows store apps into the micro SD card, since my 16GB Dell Tablet is running out of memory. I am using Windows 8.1 (Not RT) ?

By default Windows Store apps will be saved in the following location.
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps
Hence, it is not possible to move Windows Store apps to SD card.
I would suggest you to delete the unnecessary files from the computer and check if it improves in memory.
You may also get in touch with the manufacturer to increase the memory.

You can either a. Perform SD ntfs format and mount as hard drive but obviously pointless unless SD is bigger than 32 gb
or b. Use a different browser and go to online store instead of native store and download installation packet for'manual install later' much like windowsphone

the one thing I can think of is save state where you can in all applications is save state to OneDrive or do ntds hack on big SDxc.

Don't you think it is pretty primitive? I have started using windows phone recently and it has been nothing but a pain in the wrong place.
No sensible designing, no ease of use, and the email client is the worst. Above all manufacturers like Nokia are promoting this as a business phone. Seriously? You can't even attach some document when we reply to an email! How pathetic is that? I was hoping that this will get fixed in the 8.1 release and no hope here too. No doubt why Microsoft going down the sewer. Huh
Apple doesn't do the 1024k = 1mb thing the rest of the world does. Which is the correct way. If you factor in that MS does, and Apple doesn't, the deference isn't that great between the two. Apple does this with their Macs as well.
So when Apple says their is 20gigs left, they mean 20 unformatted gigs and not the 16ish formatted gigs Windows will show. This way Apple can make it seem like they have more space when both are really the same.
