May I know whether is there any way to enable us to install windows store apps into the micro SD card, since my 16GB Dell Tablet is running out of memory. I am using Windows 8.1 (Not RT) ?

By default Windows Store apps will be saved in the following location.
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps
Hence, it is not possible to move Windows Store apps to SD card.
I would suggest you to delete the unnecessary files from the computer and check if it improves in memory.
You may also get in touch with the manufacturer to increase the memory.

Memory is not the same as free space - the error msg either relates to low memory or Disk space the two are completely different.
Win8 tablets with 32 or 64gb C: drive are designed for a specific purpose, they are not designed as laptop replacements, where the device has a ***gb drive
I feel the same way! Purchased a 32 GB dell venue pro8. And after a few apps out of memory.. I installed win10 build 10041 and it gives you the option to install apps to SD card, but I get error code 0x80070490. It just wont let you yet. But I hope they will fix it soon.. But I to feel kinda ripped off as well.
I HAVE A NEW NEXTBOOK TABLET WITH WINDOWS8 ALSO AND I TOO LIKE ALL THE OTHERS ARE FRUSTRATED THAT A COMPANY LIKE YOURS WOULD STOP OWNERS FROM SAVING THEIR OWN WORK OR APPS TO THEIR OWN SD CARDS HONESTLY WHATS THE POINT IN PUTTING AN SD CARD ON IT IN THE FIRST PLACE AND AS FOR THE SPACE I ONLY PURCHASED THIS ITEM TO PLAY GAMES AND YET I CAN ONLY SAVE A COUPLE OF THE GAMES AT A TIME AND IT SAYS IM RUNNING LOW ON MEMORY THIS TOTALLY STINKS IF I HAD OF KNOWN IN THE BEGINNING I WOULD NOT OF PURCHASED IT AS IM SURE A LOT OF OTHERS WOULD NOT OF EITHER I FEEL TOTALLY RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!
