May I know whether is there any way to enable us to install windows store apps into the micro SD card, since my 16GB Dell Tablet is running out of memory. I am using Windows 8.1 (Not RT) ?

By default Windows Store apps will be saved in the following location.
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps
Hence, it is not possible to move Windows Store apps to SD card.
I would suggest you to delete the unnecessary files from the computer and check if it improves in memory.
You may also get in touch with the manufacturer to increase the memory.

It's not really about tablet sales IMO. Microsoft should be throwing all of their resources at making Windows Store the best damn revenue generator possible. When I cannot install more than a couple of content rich apps on my device, it completely marginalizes the platform. I purchased the Asus T100 32GB + 500GB HD. This type of low cost, high performance device is going to put Microsoft on the mobile map. I was so absolutely certain that I could leverage the MicroSD to support additional app space. This type of custom file organization is something that Microsoft is known for! The fact you cannot do this is laughably insane. I advise that Microsoft offer a solution to this problem!
I completely agree with the above post. Microsoft already has a lot of ground to make up on regarding the ipad and android tablet sales and apps on the relevant stores. Limiting users on these new cheap Windows tablets is crazy.
I originally had a 64gb Surface RT, to be honest space wasn't an issue then when i saw the Asus T100 at such a good price (£252) full windows 8 and a proper keyboard i couldn't resist. Its a great piece of kit but i have not installed all my apps i had originally purchased on the Surface or have not purchased any since owning the t100. I have about 13gb of free space and yes i can install full windows programs to the sdcard but it would be great to also install windows 8 apps to the sdcard too. Microsoft have made this possible on windows phone, will this ever be possible on windows 8, it needs to be.
I read rumors that it is coming in an update but this is only rumors, it would even be good to hear something official from Microsoft saying it is coming or not.
The real shame is that windows us trying to be a tablet OS but is too bloated go be effective on tablets with less than 64gb of memory. It's crazy that on a 32gb tablet that the OS consumes close to 25 GB....on 32gb iPad you get 27gb+ of free space.
I have a 32gb ASUS transformer and I am constantly cleaning of unused files in order to maintain enough free space.... never have to do that on my iPad.

All you have to do is change the install location back to the original, the link to the web page showing the steps has a picture of the step where you change the install location. In that picture is the original location, i just changed this back leaving everything els and have had no errors in over a month. Apps install fine no errors. Still not any space but at least i didn't loose the little bit i had. Hope this helps some from having to factory reset or do the intire prosses in reverse.
