May I know whether is there any way to enable us to install windows store apps into the micro SD card, since my 16GB Dell Tablet is running out of memory. I am using Windows 8.1 (Not RT) ?

By default Windows Store apps will be saved in the following location.
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps
Hence, it is not possible to move Windows Store apps to SD card.
I would suggest you to delete the unnecessary files from the computer and check if it improves in memory.
You may also get in touch with the manufacturer to increase the memory.

The issue at hand has nothing whatsoever to do with deleting unnecessary files or increasing the memory but rather a storage issue. What everyone including the OP was trying to do is be able to force the default installation of the Windows apps to a REMOVABLE DRIVE (a microSD card in this case). That has nothing to do with the machine's internal drive or memory. It was once possible in Windows 8 on Surface tablets until the upgrade to Windows 8.1.
NO, that was not a good answer because it has no correlation to the issue that is being discussed. And yes, you're right it isn't the answer I wanted to hear because it makes no sense! So, I'll suggest you read the original post very carefully next time before you post just anything.

Those "other ways" are either not possible with a tablet or just plain old stupid. There's NO WAY for consumer to change out the eMMC. The Dell Venue 8 Pro for example, there's no way to increase storage space from 32GB to 64GB. As for deleting unnecessary files, what files would that be? The only files I have on there are either apps, windows file, and media files. There are no junk file accumulating. I've even had my OneDrive files sync to SD card and it doesn't help. Keep in mind that Windows allow multiple accounts and each account have their own separate set of apps.
So, stating the obvious is not helpful. Same goes for the suggestion that we increase memory (by the way, it's storage, not memory) and deleting unnecessary files.
