Update KB2862330 repeatedly fails to install on Windows 7.

Being patient won't work for me. After about 10-15 minutes of sitting on 30+% the computer crashes and I get a blue screen. I then need to restore. Same thing on 5 tries. Not fun.

Any news from Microsoft on a solution to this patch issue?
I had a nightmare on Sunday - tried to install the Windows 7 security updates and it blue-screened - rebooted - blue screened again - rebooted Windows tried to revert and blue screened again, and again.
I managed to break the cycle by booting into safe mode - blue screened once then rebooted into safe mode again and it stopped the cycle.
All previous updates had been applied.
Have you looked at the KB article? If that isn't solving your problem then we need you to get a support case opened. There won't be any charge for the support call, but this is the only way that we can get you true 1-1 help with your particular issue, and to accurately keep track of the impacted customers.

Scenario 1) does not apply as I am using Microsoft Security Essentials
Scenario 2) does not apply as 2533552 is installed
Scenario 3) I checked the device manager - the USB device listing is difficult to understand but I do not see USBEHCI controllers - I do see Intel USB Enhanced Host Controllers - are these the same as USBEHCI?
