    Susan is right. The only way to get official assistance with this issue is to open a support case.

    Because the incident has to do with a bug in a generally available Windows update, the case is free of charge. If you are afraid they'll charge you, Susan can get you set up with a case so that you don't need to provide any billing information (thanks Susan!!)

    There are times I do question my sanity, but yes, since the bad guys work together so well, I figure us good guys should as well :-)

    Because a solid update isn't supposed to need a user doing anything other than clicking yes to install.

    Obviously we still have issues and didn't get enough data points and evidence of issues the last time.
