With people having the same issues, is there a reason given as to why this is occurring?

2014-09-12T07:10:21+00:00 Yes and I found someone asking the exact same question/having exactly the same problem on the community forum on the Windows help line in Oct. 2011 (unfortunately the reply just directed them towards Windows Helpline pages that are no longer available). So you'd think they maybe should have a few clues how to fix it.
