I just started having this exact same issue today while trying to email some pictures. Can you help me get it fixed?

    Hi John and Tracey,

I'm sorry to know that the issue persists on your Windows Live Mail program. Because of this, we would need to request for your log files. I have provided a private message for both of you where you can find the instructions on how to gather the logs and where you can upload the files.

I tried the to send the pictures again from my work computer, and I still got the same exact error message. Being that I have tried on two different computers, and 3 separate email accounts, I am thinking that the error is being generated at the Microsoft end.

Alright, I tried to send the picture emails with three different email accounts, two of them Hotmail accounts, and one being my centurylink.net account.  None of them would upload the pictures without an error. I did go directly into One Drive and found multiple folders that were empty with the name that I had given the pictures in the email. It appears that the email program is able to create the folder for the pictures ever time that it attempts to send the email, but fails to upload the pictures to the folder. I am at a loss as to why. I just wish that this would work correctly as it always has done in the past. I haven't changed a thing in the way that I send pictures in the last 6 months.

    Hello John,

We have reproduced your issue on the back end and we did not encounter any error message. Your issue seems to be on your Live Mail. To further verify this, can you try accessing your OneDrive via web browser? You can use this link to access your OneDrive https://onedrive.live.com/.

In the meantime, please try removing and re-adding your account on Windows Live Mail to refresh the connection to the server. You may refer on this article on how to re-configure your account. **How do I add an account to Windows Live Mail?**

Let us know the status of your issue.

    Cherry
