How to remove $RECYCLE.BIN & System Volume Information from Each partition

My windows 8.1 Pro (final release) infected with $RECYCLE.BIN & System Volume Information virus/malware in each partition.I have tried with windows Defender and Microsoft safety scannerto remove but windows Defender and Microsoft safety scanner not detect them.If i try to delete,it again appears.

Advice me how to remove " $RECYCLE.BIN & System Volume Information from each partition plea

Typically $RECYCLE.BIN is for recycle bin allocation form your hard disk partition. and  System Volume Information bears the useful info regarding your volume.

These things are shown because hide protected system files tick is removed

Cant say it a virus effect or not..

If you feel like infected, much better to take the assistance of antivirus software

Download hitman pro 3.7**(shareware and can be activated for 30 days free)**and have a full system scan.. http://www.surfright.nl/en 

And/or

use malwarebyte have a full system scan http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/

After verifying , you can just make them invisible by doing this... 

Note:- Optional/additional info -----(You DON'T have to run below to fix the problem )

Any folder and its content can be made shown as a recycle bin using a desktop.ini

Normally within this desktop.ini u can see.

open a command prompt run as administrator

change the the folder attrattributesre desktop.ini is kept using

attrib +a +s +h +r "folder" \* /d /s

you will see a recyclear bin folder

    Some items (files), within the $RECYCLE.BIN and System Volume Information folder, if infected, may be detected and removed by security scanners. When that occurs your anti-virus or security scanner should provide specific information on the detected file and its location pointing to within those folders...that does not mean the entire $RECYCLE.BIN and System Volume Information folders are malware and need to be removed.

    Since your topic title includes the word virus associated with these folders, most likely you found that information after performing a search.

    When searching for malware removal assistance on the Internet, it is not unusual to find numerous hits from untrustworthy and scam sites which mis-classify detections or provide misleading information. This is deliberately done more as a scam to entice folks into buying an advertised fix or removal tool.

    I keep having this same problem since the Windows 8.1 update rolled out! Could someone please explain step by step how to prevent these files from being stored on my flash drives. I know they are not viruses but I also know these files didn't used to show up when I'd move files over to my game console but now they do. Everytime. I tried figuring out how to do it but the information out there is vague at best. I changed the settings to see the files which you have pictured above but even if I could delete them they'd just end up back on there again. Please can someone tell me how to not show up at all anymore?!
