This issue may occur if the touch screen drivers are not updated.
You may try to uninstall and reinstall the drivers and check.
Method 1:
Step 1:
a. Press
Windows key + X on the desktop Screen and select Device manager.
b. Expand the device and right-click on
driver and select ‘uninstall’.
Step 2:
You may also refer to the
Fujitsu support
and try installing the latest version of touchscreen drivers and check.
Also check for drivers/software for digitizer.
If they have only Windows 8 drivers, then trying installing it in Windows 8 compatibility mode.
Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.
a. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website.
b. Right-click on the driver setup file and click on
‘properties’.
c. Click on the
‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8 operating system from the drop down menu.
Method 2:
You may also run the hardware troubleshooter and check if it helps.
a. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap
Search.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click
Search.)
b. Enter
Troubleshooting in the search box, tap or click Troubleshooting, and then tap or click
Hardware and Sound.
c. Tap or click
Hardware and Devices, and follow the instructions on the screen. You might be asked for an admin password or to confirm your choice.
