Cant use windows 8.1 Windows Easy Transfer on Windows 8.1

I updated from Windows 8 to the new Windows 8.1.

I want to CREATE a Windows Easy Transfer file on the Windows 8.1 machine.  When using WET, it just does not have that option.  Is this discontinued in Windows 8.1 or a bug?

Is there a way to create a WET file on the 8.1 machine?

    I agree 100%.  Microsoft please bring this utility back in its full glory.  Us sysadmins use it a lot.
