No apologies necessary whatsoever.
Have you tried uploading it from the Minidump folder or from the Desktop unzipped (just the .DMP itself)? If so, have you attempted to zip on the Desktop?

I have been receiving pop up messages for the last month of so saying I should download Windows 8.1. Today, I went on my computer to check a couple things and it popped up again so I just decided to finally get it since I could let it download while I slept for a few hours. Now, ever since I got that, I keep on getting the DPC Watchdog Violation Blue Screen every time I get into a game of League of Legends. I haven't had this update long enough to see what else will cause it. This is getting extremely frustrating and I would like to know how to stop this. I have never been a huge fan of Windows 8, unfortunately, and this update so far isn't helping much. =/
P.S. I don't know if this makes a difference, but my computer is the HP Envy M6.

2014-03-04T00:02:47+00:00 Well, I tried using the take ownership program again but for some reason it's not letting me access the file this time. I tried when it was still in the folder and when it was on the desktop. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, sorry for my incompetence. =/

2014-03-02T03:25:23+00:00 OK, so far I have played two games of league of Legends and my computer hasn't crashed yet. However, I am getting this popup saying "Your computer is low on memory, save your files and close these programs: League of Legends Client" (this started popping right after I downloaded windows 8.1, during the crashes). I will give you another update tomorrow when I've been on my computer longer
