Stock Scouter on MSN Money

I can not seem to find the MSN Stock Scouter Rating system that was previous displayed on the quote screen in MSN money.  Anybody know where I can find that data?  Was the data was discontinued?

Some data sources have changed in the new MSN.com; for example, you will no longer find StockScouter or Hoovers, but we have added MorningStar. This should provide a single source for most of this data.

As I stated earlier, use the Feedback link to request the feature be brought back.  The more members requesting it the merrier.  It takes time but I have known this to work.

    The folks at Versus Analytics (VA) mail me Stock Scouter spread sheet twice a month.

      If you email them they will probably add you to their mailing list.  I belive its ******@versusanalytics.com.  (Check the spelling, and I'm not wearing my reading glasses now).  If it does not work, google for their web page...you'll find a phone number and their email address.

      A year or two ago, I looked around on the web for info about VA.  Fidelity Mutual funds uses them and gives them very high marks.  (Note:  Fidelity may be using them for analysis work other than their Stockscouter program).  So, that is a vote of confidence about their abilities.

      When they were on MSN, an article came out that showed Stockscouter had gotten amazing results over the past ten years.  The article seemed to suggest that the results were real time, and not just backtested.  But, I'm not entirely positive about that.

      Anyways, I've done up a couple of spread sheets, and I'm going to track their top ten list for the next three to five years, and see how their results stack up against the S and P.  If you want to be kept informed on the results that I track, fire me off an email trees778899@hotmail.  My results are never guaranteed....no telling when I might put a decimal point in the wrong place, or mis-read a closing stock price...or even a stock symbol.

    Hi everyone,

    The StockScouter was a very reliable  (proved by time) analytical resource for all independent stock/option investors (individuals who want to control and manage their investments by their self) to help them in their decision-making process.

    It is such a shame that Microsoft/MSN has dumped their loyal customers/visitors like this.

    That sucks.

    I have been using a stock grader system that Barron's has on their website.  But I believe you have to be a subscriberto the paper.  But StockScouter had its own great qualities too and I'd probably use them both if I could.

    I know that doesn't really help.
