How to change tiles' background color in Windows 8.1 start screen?

It will be so, plus any color you like, or any color per application (if you can be bothered with that level of detail).

I would like to keep all of you who have commented on this thread in mind as potential beta testers in exchange for freebies.

Please I would love to Beta Test this for you.  My life is purple friendly.  My laptop is purple.  My start screen is purple.  To borrow from another unhappy 8.1 upgrader - now my start screen looks like unicorn vomit.  The Dried-blood red and Kale Green, Dirty Orange and more colors are horrendous.  The tiles are not based on my chosen color scheme - In what world does mud orange go with lavender?

I'm not speaking to my husband, because I was very happy with 8, the tiles were purple, rose and other,  benign colors.  He upgraded this for me.  And for the sake of my marriage and sanity, please roll out your beta so I can live harmoniously with my beloved purple laptop once again.  Don't judge me for loving purple, NO ONE can live with these new ugly, ugly colors.
