How to change tiles' background color in Windows 8.1 start screen?

I refer to neither. Are those my only options? Tile change means to me the ability to choose from a list. If say Google has 45 accepted logo images. Could I choose from that list? Or maybe an, internet icon means to you?

If I can help you testing the color's changes, then why not.

I'm also interested in changing/customizing the colors of my tiles.  It would seem to be helpful to be able to use color to group different tiles by type or function, or to more easily differentiate tiles grouped together.  I would be willing to be  a beta test site.

I like the tile colors in windows 8.1. The only trouble is I want to use the tile color to group the tiles which I don't seem to be able to do now.

It will be so, plus any color you like, or any color per application (if you can be bothered with that level of detail).

 

I would like to keep all of you who have commented on this thread in mind as potential beta testers in exchange for freebies.
