How do I disable the new titlebar in Modern Apps?

I installed the new W8.1 update 1 today.  I find the new Metro App titlebar totally stupid, useless, and very annoying.  It apparently only shows on computers with a mouse attached.

Is there a way to disable this titlebar?  I hear it may officially be called a "window menu".

I have been using Stardock's ModernMix to make Modern/Metro useful.  ModernMix is what the new update should have been.  Having this new titlebar popping up across the top of my screen when using windowed modern apps is really annoying!

BTW, what is it nowadays, Modern, Metro, or Retro?  lol

Edit 04-10-2014:  Stardock got this solved real slick with their new ModernMix 1.14 beta.  They even managed to add a window option to the titlebar, which still shows in full screen mode.  Nice!  When you reduce a modern app down to a window, the title bar is disabled.

Pretty slick!  I can't understand why Stardock is so good at this stuff but it takes Microsoft multiple versions over multiple years to get to the same place, maybe!

    I find it very annoying when you ask a question on a forum like this that, rather than answer your question, people try to convince you to do something else.  It causes clutter and unnecessary debate.  BajaPaul asked a simple question.  Please do one of the following:

    1. Provide an answer to the question.
    2. Provide information showing that it cannot be done.

    Anything else is a waste of time and clutters the discussion, making the post entirely unusable.

    In regards to adding this feature to placate users who cannot or will not adapt to the new paradigm,

    if one is going to add a feature, make it optional, so that it can be disabled for those who do not want it.  Simple solution, more user friendly.  A true Win, Win, Win.

    I apologize that I cannot answer this question, going somewhat against my point above, but I felt that this needed to be said.

    Any subsequent responses should either answer the question, or say it's not possible so that users can just go to the last response, expecting it to be the answer, and then move on.

    Do you have any example(s) of apps that have content you can't possibly click when the title bar is showing?  We can escalate these examples as conceptual pieces to the GUI team.

    Best example is the Store and it's new design. It happens too often that the this (annoying) bar hides the elements I want to click on...

    An on/off button or something similar would be great

    Also Microsoft's own Remote Desktop app. When closing windows on the remote machine the stupid, ridiculous and unnecessary title bar blocks plenty - minimise, maximise and close buttons, tabs etc. Chrome's tabs and close/maximise buttons are also blocked when using Chrome in Windows 8 mode. Many Windows 8 apps have become unusable since this retarded change. Please undo your stuff up. Thanks; loyal users.

    Also, social apps like Facebook, where clicking the notifications icon can actually be close or minimize the app, since both buttons spring over the notifications and messages buttons.

    The annoying factor for me is that when closing programs down using the x in the top right, I regularly shut down Remote Desktop because the bar pops in. An option to disable is required
