Copy Paste dialog not displayed in the foreground or as the focus window

every time I copy or paste & the dialog needs me to answer an overwrite, etc... the focus of the window doesn't come to the foreground of all the open windows.

VERY annoying.

Sounds like its the graphics card driver causing the issue. This isn't the expected behavior in windows. Graphics cards and shell programs can cause this issue.

Its not by design unless am the only one the doesn't have the same issue. If I perform a file move action the dialog box to choose an action pops up on top as it should

I have just discovered this issue and it leaves me speechless. I typically have lots of windows open, multi-screen system etc and I was wondering why files where not been copied only to discover the hidden popup buried behind a stack of windows...

So to get the overwrite completed I have to minimize windows to get to this popup!!!

What gives, this is nuts...

What happens if you paste a file and the very first one needs you to choose an action? Does it show in the back or does it pop-up in front of all other windows?

No. It stays hidden, that's why it's so annoying. But it is related to Google Chrome. If you completely close the browser (kill every process), the copy/paste window shows up on top like it is supposed to.
