Copy Paste dialog not displayed in the foreground or as the focus window

every time I copy or paste & the dialog needs me to answer an overwrite, etc... the focus of the window doesn't come to the foreground of all the open windows.

VERY annoying.

Sounds like its the graphics card driver causing the issue. This isn't the expected behavior in windows. Graphics cards and shell programs can cause this issue.

Hello MS,

it is quite something to bypass ui design rules and try to push the fault onto the user. Windows 10 will never be a phone or tablet OS and even on a phone (where no copy files is actually done at all) it is not according to your own ui rules to put a dialog which needs attention in the background. Just not done.

Admit you are wrong, release a patch and move on.

I deleted the existing value and found I was unable to enter the suggested replacement, so I have just closed it and now have the entry (invalid DWORD (32bit) value)

THE COPY AND PASTE DIALOG NOW APPEARS & WORKS WITHOUT FAIL.

I am running Win 10 Pro.

ForegroundLockTimeout wasn't changed to 200000 ms by an application, its default value since Windows 2000.
