Try to disable Windows Store in Task Scheduler and check if it helps.
- Move the cursor on the bottom-right and select the search box
- In the search box type Schedule Task and click on Settings tab.
- In next step, you will see the "Task Scheduler" Window. You have to click on **"Task Scheduler Library"**from the left pane.
- In this step, select Windows Store and click on Disable from the selected item category in the right pane.
- In the next step check that Windows Store is disabled or not.
Hope this would do help. If issue still persists post back with current status of your computer and result of the proposed suggestion, we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you.
