[W8.1 Update 1] "Windows Store failed to sync machine licenses. Result code 0x80070490"

After a clean install of windows 8.1.1 using the ISO from Technet I started getting the following error message in my event log the first time I start my machine in the morning:

Event 512 Store-Licensing  "Windows Store failed to sync machine licenses. Result code 0x80070490"

I use a Microsoft account and I have synced by Modern apps many times manually. Running the scheduled task manually will also produce the same error. I disabled the Scheduled Task that runs the sync and I'll see if it shows up tomorrow. Btw, the Store seems to be working fine.

I  read somewhere that the MS Store will be changed for 8.1.1 so I wonder if the 'new' store will stop these messages.

The Scheduled Task that kicks this off appears to be Microsoft/Windows/WS and is called WSRefreshBannedAppsListTask.

Anyone seen a fix yet. My problem was not fixed by the August fixes.

I get better help with youtube and google.com. I have gotten some fairly nice help once with Micorsof t chat rep but all the rest online and otherwise have been no help and very condescending as if they don't understand why the customers are frustrated and annoyed with their products and services. It's not our fault we put trust into a brand that has horribly failed in all measures. I have so many issues right now with the 3 working pc now in my home, and the 1 that isn't working...2 are brand new by the way; that's its' too much to comment on. I'm tired of writing about this  and don't get it resolved until I find other resources. And then 2 days later it's a different issue until I just end up shutting everything down and starting fresh, then have to figure out how the heck to activate my licensing due to their faulty OS altogher impossible to keep a smile. ..It almost feels like Microsoft want to control our products and information that WE pay for. It appears to be a crime these days to want your own account, profile, and user info to match and be simple rather than have to connect everything and sync to Microsoft account just for it to function properly. lord forbid we try to remove their account and changer our user name...Excuse me Microsoft but I thought this was our devices we were paying for not yours. And you need to be more flexible with your  licensing policies. After all lmost of what i'm hearing is our crashes are resulting from your fails, why are the customers being limited to the amount of devices they can install this onto, if in my case for instance I am constantly having to jump back and forth to juggle PC's in between system errors and crashes from updates.

Still remains, so let's see if it manages to get into Aug/Sep fixes. Still, I do get the Metro app updates through the Strore (today 5 updates showed up).

I would expect (purely guestimation) it to be fixed earliest in Sep/14 patches.
