Nokia Lumia 930 microphone problem

Hello.

I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.

 When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.

So far i've done:

Soft reset

Hard reset

Nokia Software recovery tool

Does anyone have this issue?

Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

    I have purchased 4 of these phones trying to find one that works because I love this phone. 1 out of 3 work and its the older of the 4...hardware version 2.0.0.0...its the newer ones that don't work. I just got a brand new one and it was bad right out of the box...it is definitely a hardware issue and there is nothing I can do about it. I live in US and this phone is not supported here...so aggravating. anyway, I have the Lumia Phone test app and the restore tool hosted on my file site.

    The problem is, no Nokia / Lumia / Microsoft Service Center in my town.

    Only pick up point, they will send my Phone to other City & I have to wait about 1 month to let them check it.

    Such a weird problem! Cortana can hear me just fine. Nobody can hear me on hands-free. If I use any voice recording app to record myself to a .wav file, I get silence at distance and a 'digital buzzing' at closer proximity. So infuriating when on other phones I relied on the mic to record and send short short voice messages on Whatsapp when driving and to keep voice reminders to myself. Grrrrr!

    HI!

    We have the same probelm, also here in Italy with Nokia Lumia 930. Microsoft don't care about the client, and this is a big fault for a great company like that. I'm very disappointed and in all the world I read about HW problem on our 930. I think is possible a class action against Microsoft, I think about here in my country, because this problem is really common and global. Maybe hardware, maybe a big black hole in the software (a big bug!), but MIcrosoft HAVE TO SOLVE this issue.

    Something needs done now or will be pass any correction - maybe is what MS wantso- it too pass and go away
