Nokia Lumia 930 microphone problem

Hello.

I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.

 When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.

So far i've done:

Soft reset

Hard reset

Nokia Software recovery tool

Does anyone have this issue?

Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

Windows for home | Other | Devices and drivers

    Dear All,

    You guys have been great! Thanks for all the information and support.

    I have officially got part ways with this lovely phone that was cruelly abandon by Microsoft. 

    I have moved to the "dark" side now.

    Good Luck! and until a new worthy unit comes around..

    Microsoft why wont you fix this problem we all know you are aware of it so why ignore. We need it to be fixed we spent our hard earn money and purchased this phone and now to have this major problem an no means of help to resolve it. Come on do better than than.

    I replaced the mic but it didn't work!!!! Piece of junk phone. Should have known better before buying Microsoft Garbage

    Don't waste anymore money than you already have purchasing this phone. Replacing the mics doesn't work.
