Nokia Lumia 930 microphone problem

Hello.

I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.

 When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.

So far i've done:

Soft reset

Hard reset

Nokia Software recovery tool

Does anyone have this issue?

Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

    You need to replace two top s,m,d microphones.

    The two bottom ones (on pcb with ribbon cable) are ok.

    thanks tomianek,

     One question.In the thread they talk about one mic. The one on the mainboard,that is in the picture.It's there another mic on the board,besides the one with the ribbon cable? Seems the replica mic won't work properly good,so they take a mic from a broke 520 and it works.

    Hi Guys.

    So I also found a similar problem in my phone (Lumia 929).

    When calling with speaker phone or bluetooth everything sounds ok but when talking on normal mode the other end cant hear me.

    It is no software issue or anything like that, it is actually a hardware issue. If you have a warranty you might as well get a replacement phone, otherwise, you can try the following. In my case, it seems that the microphone connections were loose. When talking with someone else, normally they hear me with very low volume, intermitent good sound and bad sound or no sound at all, but, when I press the phone down with my fingers just over the mic hole, the other end of the call can hear me very well. What I did was open the back cover, remove 4 of the bottom screws, slide a piece of paper over the usb connection so when I put the screws back on, the plate pushes de microphone loose conection. After that, my phone worked fine. Just you have to be very careful to not damage the antennas springs next the to usb port. I damaged them and had to do some repairs to get good signal again. 

    Also I could not put the back cover very well as the board is a little higher than usual but I can live with that instead of having bad call quality.

    I ordered a pcb mic for replacement, hope will work,keep everyone in touch.

    How did the repair turn out?  I'm so fed up that I'm on the verge of trying this myself.  It is that or I sell the phone and buy a Nexus 5x.
