Nokia Lumia 930 microphone problem

Hello.

I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.

 When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.

So far i've done:

Soft reset

Hard reset

Nokia Software recovery tool

Does anyone have this issue?

Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

    Hi, tried many things, including asking MS to reasign mics via software to use only no faulty mics, but no luck.

    I live in Argentina and no Nokia Service for 930 here, I have been thinking on buying a mic and replacing it by myself, there are videos in YouTube on opening the phone.. anybody did this?

    What  software did you use to try that? I'd like to give that a go myself. I can't send it off for repair as I can't afford to be without my phone for 5 or  weeks.

    It's not a software, I asked MS via Gabe Aul, and Customer Service to publish a fix via update, to reasign the mic that are working (we have 4 in total, less 1 not working) but no luck, neither answer from them... The idea now is to buy a mic on ebay and try to replace it by myself, but don't know if it's going to work...

    I have tweeted him many times. I think we need to run a campaign to raise our voice. If anyone has good idea for this..tell me. I will join.

    I ordered a pcb mic for replacement, hope will work,keep everyone in touch.
