Nokia Lumia 930 microphone problem

Hello.

I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.

When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.

So far i've done:

Soft reset

Hard reset

Nokia Software recovery tool

Does anyone have this issue?

Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

My Nokia Lumia 930 has the same issue, I took it to the Nokia Care service center in Dubai, they said all Nokia Lumia 930 Second Edition made by Microsoft has faulty microphone.

They will be replacing it for free under warranty, but will take up to 2 weeks as spare parts not available.

It’s very important to know, after the mic replacement, if it’s gonna work properly!

I’m still confused, is it a faulty hardware, or a software problem?

If it’s faulty hardware, why do we need to reset our phones?

But if it’s a software problem, that’s means to me, that Microsoft is unable to fix it, till now; or they’re not interested to fix it!! Otherwise, they would’ve made an update to fix this error to whole Lumia 930 users!

Yes - it's hardware issue and I gave my phone to Telenor service. They sent it to Microsoft and after 10 days I got brand new device. Now everything works perfect. Before I also had overheating problem and some other bugs appeared but the new phone is absolutely OK.
