I have the same problem too! this is so annoying, I know the hardware is fine, it's just a software fix! ggrrrr
does anyone have a solution?
I don't want to go and get a new phone only to have it update and have the problem come back?!?!?

Hello.
I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.
When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.
So far i've done:
Soft reset
Hard reset
Nokia Software recovery tool
Does anyone have this issue?
Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

Hmm... I also think its software. Idk if it worked b4 update coz I updated to denim soon after buying...Take a note in one note through cortana it works. Take a note In one note thru the app nd it doesn't.
Is MS going to fix this allready? What does it take? I cant use skype to see my kids and it makes me very angry! I want to use - I am using bad language as I'm typing! F.....resolve this so we can use our stupidly overpriced flagship phones. Never ever ever, ever, ever. Nokia customer since 1997. Nothing but Nokia, but this microsoft bull...is the fault. Till denim update everything worked fine. O and I am updated!!
I've read through the 10 pages and it's sad and disappointing that Microsoft does not seem the least bit concerned to resolve this issue.
