Nokia Lumia 930 microphone problem

Hello.

I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.

 When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.

So far i've done:

Soft reset

Hard reset

Nokia Software recovery tool

Does anyone have this issue?

Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

    In Chile they aren't costumer service.

    I have a Lumia 930 with the same problem...mics don't work. I bought a new mic on AliExpress and changed, but problem didnt any change.

    MS response me "go to Anovo Andes, they are our technical service". I called for service and they said "that is not true, we dont work with Lumia devices".

    So sad, so bad for Microsoft. 

    I think that Microsoft does not give a s_h_i_t about its customers.

    This was my last Microsoft Phone. I have had so much issues with the 925, 820, 930 and 1520 with build quality. The 1520 basically fell apart, the 930 was replaced twice because of the green screen issue, the 820's navigation button lights failed and the 925's wifi charging did not work. So I give up, Microsoft apparently cannot build a device of quality. Do not let me start on the xBox overheating issues....

    I think the only way to solve is send it to Nokia care center. I face this problem also. Luckily my warranty still haven end. They change my motherboard which make in Vietnam. After four month it still working well. I think the problem is the china motherboard.

    Okay, now i know this issue was global. So I'm not the only one got this problem.

    But the question is "how to fix it ?"

    And why Microsoft done nothing about it ?

    No update to fix this problem ?
