Nokia Lumia 930 microphone problem

Hello.

I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.

 When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.

So far i've done:

Soft reset

Hard reset

Nokia Software recovery tool

Does anyone have this issue?

Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

    I have 100% sane problem as slavecky. I don't want to waste my 630 $.

    I have same issue. I got the mobile one month before. Now it has the issue that Skype and in call, my voice not going out when my speakers are on. My speech is also not working but in video recording everything is recording well.

    I have same problem, when im putting my phone on speakers even in Skype or Call, no body hears me. Cortana is not availalbe in my country, but when im opening speach and tell someting, it tell me " Sorry Could Not Hear AnyThing".

    i thought Microsoft will  use Nokia very well, but it is totaly opposite.. Sorry for my English.

    I have absolutely the same problem. When I put the other person on speaker nobody can hear me. Hands on and earphones works good. Only microphone responsible for speaker mode is faulty. It's not totally quiet but it's so quiet that nobody can understand and hear anything. Only when put earphones can hear me and still its very quiet, so the microphone is working but too quiet to have a conversation on speaker mode.

    I think this issue happened about 1 month after buying the phone. The first month was ok, I useed to use a lot of  Skype and Wechat which in fact works in speaker mode and everything was ok but after a month about it was totally crap. I cant use any software or phone mode using speaker mode. NOKIA 930 was expected to be a flagship, highest quality and in fact its totall crap. I'm totally dissapointed, I gave you a chance again and bought your hardware and its totally useless and looks like nobody have a solution for fixing this issue. Only one way is to reset the phone and send back to manufacturer...

    I have same problem as **mahdavi**. I bought my phone in Israel.

    During a call every thing is ok until I click the speaker.

    I can hear the peer clearly but he/she can not hear me clearly and I should shout.

    I was advised by the retailer to raise volume of the speaker, during call, to maximum. He told me that it influence microphone sensitivity too. I did it, It did not help.

    I have the feeling this is a general problem in Nokia 930.
