Thanks

Hello.
I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.
When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.
So far i've done:
Soft reset
Hard reset
Nokia Software recovery tool
Does anyone have this issue?
Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

For those of you who still have the problem!
It is electrical problem. The microphone is losing contact with chipset and must be soldered again. That's it.
I just got mine from the service and the people there explained to me the situation.
IMPORTANT!!!
This is not "Do it yourself job!"
It is specific **** electronics and require special tools!
I sold all my Microsoft phones (7 of them altogether). These were the phones that my family used, and I have replaced them with Samsung android phones.
Hi All, Since I have put up this issue there are now 26 pages of users with this issue - Microsoft/Nokia come on and give some response - can you help or advise on the fix, this is not good for Microsoft's hardware support PR and SOMEONE FROM MS MUST BE SEEING THIS! are you's just hope it goes away? maybe it will and the customers with it!
i only hear the other party when i put my phone on speaker and not when the volume is normal. What can i do to bring back my phone volume to normal? Thanks.
