Nokia Lumia 930 microphone problem

Hi,

i have a similar issue with my 930 updated to the latest W10M since one month.

Basically what happens is that my voice comes and goes on the other end, sometimes the other can hear me, sometimes not. Turing the speaker on, it works perfectly. But it's pretty weird that i have no issue during a call on Skype. My voice is always clean and perfect with or without the speaker on. So the issue is in the software not in the microphone, for some reason the noise reduction does not work properly during standard calls, or there are other issues. 

I will try to restore to WP8.1 and see how it goes, then to jump to W10M and see if the problem persists. Maybe it is due to some features of W10M RS2 feature 2

Just return it. Microsoft is not supporting the software very well. Get android or iPhone. Trust me.

I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.

 When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.

So far i've done:

Soft reset

Hard reset

Nokia Software recovery tool

Does anyone have this issue?

Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

I am unable to download the recovery tool to my Lumia. Phone, message reads does not support this tool. So next?

Bak hele... Hala lehim diyor, elektrik diyor... Yüzlerce lehimi bozuk, elektrik problemi olan lumia 930 üretildi ve satıldı o zaman. Microsoft yaptı.

It is electrical problem. The microphone is losing contact with chipset and must be soldered again. That's it.

I just got mine from the service and the people there explained to me the situation."
