Nokia Lumia 930 microphone problem

Hello.

I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.

 When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.

So far i've done:

Soft reset

Hard reset

Nokia Software recovery tool

Does anyone have this issue?

Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

    Can you please check if it works using the speaker when in calls, or recording a message using Whatsapp?

    I can record videos in Windows 10 oficial. But the sound is not recorded properly, when i use the headphones for playback i can hear that the left channel audio is low, while the right channel is ok.

    you can record sound in videos with the latest redstone update. problem is fixed now.

    Same for me.

    The way i see, Win 10 is still Beta. Don't know why they released it.

    Before updating to win 10 I could record video in horizontal mode,but not in vertical

    Now in win 10 , no voice recorded

    Not in video

    Not in voice recorder

    Not in Cortana

    Im worry about micS stop working in call 😂

    Shame MS

    It's about a year we have this problem

    I have the same problem with the mics.

    Im using a Lumia 930 with Windows 10 mobile updated.

    When recording a video, the microfone works, but i noticed that left channel is really low, right channel is good.

    It works fine for calls, but i cannot use to record anything, neither i can use the speaker when talking to someone. 

    Im sure its a software problem. Maybe MS could just turn on all mics on Lumia 930 for speaker calls and other apps, or just give us an App with a option to select the microphones we want to be used.
