Hello.

I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.

When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.

So far i've done:

Soft reset

Hard reset

Nokia Software recovery tool

Does anyone have this issue?

Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

    Lumia 930...Win 10 mobile

Why should it be a hardware problem ?? Microsoft would be enough to return to the store Lumia Camera application where the sound of the video work to win. 8.1. Or implanted into its Camera app and how to use the second microphone. To is really not resolve a software ???? When recording voice work on denim with Windows phone 8, why not at 10 ???

    ...sorry my bad english :)

I had this problem - it is hardware related - so get it repaired at store if you have warranty.

I have the same problem too, it seems that NOKIA did not give all its technology to Micro Soft, I am one of old Nokia users and clearly I can see the difference between these. By this problems Microsoft will lose the market.

New this thread after a link in from a Reddit post. I too had my rear mic fail for no obvious reason. Had to send it back to MS but got back the same unit repaired. Wish I'd known of this issue before. I would've demanded a swop.
