Nokia Lumia 930 microphone problem

Hello.

I got an issue with my Lumia 930 that i bought today.

When i've got an incomming/outgoing call the person on the other end can't hear me, but i can hear them clearly. It works when i put the call on speaker, but i want to be able to call someone and not sharing the conversation with everyone around me.

So far i've done:

Soft reset

Hard reset

Nokia Software recovery tool

Does anyone have this issue?

Is there a fix for this or should i return it?

Could you please provide the OS version and firmware revision number. Both are found under about in settings. And are those different than you older unit? Thanks nuwan77

I check the mic, sensors and other defects where I found in my previous phone.

It seems that the phone is all right.

Hello!

Finally I managed to get a brand new Lumia 930 phone today from the local agent.

Hope the new phone will irredate all the matters!

Good tests - thanks, shame it didn't bring a solution.

Hopefully I'll have my phone back from repair soon and can update on the results.
