Hey all.
Long story short, I am writing this for my mother who current runs a dog boarding business as well as various other e-mail accounts, ranging from fan clubs to personal ones. She has a draft e-mail saved which contains information and links she would COPY and PASTE into e-mails prior to sending them. Essentially, these are signatures. No matter which signature she copies and pastes, each one has at least one weblink.
As of yesterday, when copying and pasting that information, the link does not copy with the text. Instead of pasting the text as a hyperlink, like she has been able to, it simply shows the text without any clickable option.
I have double checked the options, Read all messages in plain text is unticked, as well as the Mail Sending Format and News Sending Formation both being set to HTML.
Can anyone help please?

Unclear communication is not a service to anyone and creates more problems than it attempts to resolve.
Perhaps these remedies are unclear to you, but they worked for me, and I am definitely not an expert, just an every day average user. Could you find some knowledgeable person on your end to help? Failing this, you could try contacting Microsoft directly for help, but good luck with that!

Well now you have us all confused. I've had three people take a look and they too are confused by your directions, "What does he mean by ADD this to your registry?"
In any event I wound up with to new icons on the desk top. One a .ini file that opens in note pad and states
[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21769
IconResource=%SystemRoot%\system32\imageres.dll,-183
I though this was what you wanted me to add to the registry.
The other is hoge.reg which launches a program. I do not know if the first was from you and nor do we know what to do with the second hodge.reg.
