Windows update KB2919355 fails to install - Error code 800F0922

PROBLEM RESOLVED - KB2919355 successfully installed.

Users with 800F0922 error only: Check free space in System reserved partition...

I have run SFC Scannow and have no integrity problems.  Have run Windows update troubleshooting with success.   Have disabled all virus and malware programs.  The download takes forever, then begins install , then I get error code 80073712.  I have never had problems with Windows Update.  I have to assume there is an issue with KB2919355.  The is a critical update with security fixes.  Is my laptop at risk if this update is not installed???

I downloaded and installed "MiniTool^®^ Partition Wizard Home Edition 8.1.1" (freeware) and successfully increased size of "System reserved partition" to 952 MB (reduction of main Windows partition was necessary). I have now 601 MB of free space in "System reserved partition" and will attempt to install KB2919355 again...

I repeated installation with AV uninstalled (problems with recovery and errors in CBS.log). Same error 800F0922. I searched CBS log and probably discovered issue: My "System reserved partition" is full (only 3.41 MB free space from 346 MB). In CBS.log are many messages like:

Completed manual download and failed after the restart when further update files were being processed.

A lot of time wasted and with current security issues not happy to use any of my pass worded access.
