Windows 7 x64 bit very slow boot & performance

I have a windows 7 x64 bit with 6 gb ram installed and it boots very slow, and get a lot (and by that I mean A LOOOT) of freezes. Especially on Firefox/Waterfox (this might be software related, not the same problem as the OS one).

I have Malwarebytes installed and found no problems (except a PUP in a firefox file)

    Yes but it helps to see situations before and after!

    You need to go ahead and increase your free disk space on C.

    I need to gain more information to determine what is causing your explorer crashes. Yes you have provided these files before but they are files that are constantly being updated. You had an incredible amount of parasitic software and removing such a large amount may cause new problems. What we now need to do is to resolves these new problems.

    Please provide a fresh copy of your System Information file. Type System Information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key (alternative is Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information). Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Do not place the cursor within the body of the report before exporting the file. The system creates a new System Information file each time system information is accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy. Please upload to your OneDrive (formerly Sky Drive), share with everyone and post a link here. Reports in normal mode preferred. Please say if the report has been obtained in safe mode.

    Please upload and share with everyone fresh copies of your System and Application logs from your Event Viewer to your One Drive (formerly Sky Drive) and post a link here. You can remove the earlier copies of the logs from your OneDrive.

    To access the System log select Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer, from the list in the left side of the window expand Windows Logs and select System. Place the cursor on System, select Action from the Menu and Save All Events as (the default evtx file type) and give the file a name. Do the same for the Applications log. Do not provide filtered files. Do not clear logs whilst you have a continuing problem.

    Also, now explorer crashes more frequently, games run slower, and malwarebytes crashes before even starting. All due to this "fixing".

Both these files are sized on the basis of the amount of installed RAM. As you have 6gb RAM it would appear that you are not using hibernation and as a consequence do not have a hiberfil.sys file.

    Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk CleanUp to empty your Recycle Bin, remove Temporary Internet Files and other selected options. I also recommend you click on the More Options tab, System Restore and remove all but the latest System Restore point. Run Disk Defragmenter.

    Removing System Restore points can be important if you have limited free disk space. The ability to remove them is one of the Tools options. You can selectively remove those created at less important times. This makes it easier to hold restore points for longer periods without retaining large unwanted files, which the inflexible approach adopted by Disk CleanUp fails to offer.

You can selectively remove those created at less important times. This makes it easier to hold restore points for longer periods without retaining large unwanted files, which the inflexible approach adopted by Disk CleanUp fails to offer.
