Folks, We have heard a small set of devices were receiving the error 8018830F when trying to take Update 1 this morning. We need your help to look into this further. Please reply to this thread and provide the following details: Make/Model of Device (Ex: Nokia Lumia 925) Country device was purchased in Mobile Operator if device is branded a specific operator (during boot up does it display a Mobile Operator logo?) The Manufacture ID for Device (Nokia Devices Only!) Note: To find the Manufacture ID, go to Settings -> Extras + Info -> More Info -> It should be the first row listed. SAMSUNG ATIV S (GT-i8750) United Kingdom (but is from EU stock sourcing I believe) Non branded/ SIM Free And just for the sake of completeness... Storage Sense: (current values, was using less when i initially tried) Phone: 7.78GB used, 6.81GB free SD Card: 8.37GB used, 6.26GB free Have tweeted the pictures that I get here: http://t.co/l4AeUtPpxN I have three updates (shown in the twitter pic) and it downloads them, prepares, gives me the ok request to install them. Reboot's and you get the Cogs / maint boot, and then reboots after a short while and when i unlock it, it says: Can't update phone. It's probably a temporary problem. To try again, go to Settings > Phone Update. (0x80188308) Cheers.
