Folks, We have heard a small set of devices were receiving the error 8018830F when trying to take Update 1 this morning. We need your help to look into this further. Please reply to this thread and provide the following details: Make/Model of Device (Ex: Nokia Lumia 925) Country device was purchased in Mobile Operator if device is branded a specific operator (during boot up does it display a Mobile Operator logo?) The Manufacture ID for Device (Nokia Devices Only!) Note: To find the Manufacture ID, go to Settings -> Extras + Info -> More Info -> It should be the first row listed. Same problem with my Lumia 925 I have tried several different options, different language, preview for developers, cleaning out more storage ( went from aprox 2.2 to 3.5), plugging in at 100% battery.... nothing. I have a Nokia Lumia 925 Purchased and used in USA Tmobile branded on the front upon start up it displays nokia then tmobile 4g lte then windows phone manufacture id RM-893_nam_tmous_201

Hi Eli I've been having this same problem just today actually on my Lumia 520 but in not enrolled into the developers preview so i don't exactly know why i come under this, but its happened if you could get back to me and help me out with this id appreciate it and also there's enough free space on my phone for the update its just being awkward, if you could mail me regarding this issue and what todo id appreciate it thanks, My email address is ******@hotmail.co.uk please help me its annoying not being able to benefit from the official cyan update and the fact im not a developer its really frustrating, I've waited months and months for this to happen.
