Please reply to this thread and provide the following details: Make/Model of Device (Ex: Nokia Lumia 925) Country device was purchased in Mobile Operator if device is branded a specific operator (during boot up does it display a Mobile Operator logo?) The Manufacture ID for Device (Nokia Devices Only!) Note: To find the Manufacture ID, go to Settings -> Extras + Info -> More Info -> It should be the first row listed. Eli, I am hoping that you can help me. I have an HTC 6995 Windows phone. I am getting the same error code (8018330f) and have tried all of the remedies listed here. My phone has become unstable and will not accept the update that I need. This started when I purchased a Microsoft Band (which I love) and installed all of the software to make it work. It pushed my phone onto a dev copy of windows (I think) and worked just fine until the last update that loaded successfully. Now it will not accept the new update and my phone is unreliable. What do you suggest? I have rebooted several times, been on tech support for hours with Verizon and HTC and have been told it is a Microsoft problem. I called support and they would not help me at all and told me to call HTC. It appears that you may be my last resort. Thank you, George
